Bad news, these counters are American fucking patriots and I’ll bet they fucking love this country. They love it so much they’re risking their lives.
 
Marsha Blackburn refers to 'President-elect Biden' in an interview on Friday.

Today, her spokesperson issues a clarification, saying that Blackburn didn't mean it, and simply 'mis-spoke'.

The finality of this election rests on enough republicans doing the bare minimum of right things. What a sad commentary on that party that we can't even count on that. At what point do the republicans begin the appeal process for the cases they are losing? Seems that would be the next delay tactic.
 
Michigan, national GOP seek to delay certification of election results.

Elsewhere, in PA Butler-Area representative Mike Kelly, PA-18 candidate Sean Parnell & others suing Pennsylvania to invalidate all mail-in ballots.

Remember, it isn't about counting the votes, they know the votes were counted correctly and no amount of recounts will change the results in PA, or MI, or WI, or anywhere else. If it was there would be statewide recounts they could point to in the past that changed tens of thousands of votes. It also isn't about winning court cases. If it was about court cases they either would have won at least a few of the first 30 or so filed, or would have given up when they were 0-20.

This isn't about the law in any way shape or form. If the law was going to suffice, it would have sufficed within hours of enough states releasing election results that ensured Biden had won 270 electoral votes and any ethical attorney assuring the trump campaign there was no basis to levy claims of fraud. This is about delaying the results until they are able to muster enough support in enough states among traitorous republicans who will attempt to send republican electors to vote when the Electoral College convenes in January.

The only hope the traitors have to pull off a coup is endless delay followed by uncontrollable chaos. Anyone who thinks there are enough republicans left who are not traitors is not paying attention. They WANT this. 15,000+ separate law enforcement agencies can't wait until the streets are filled with protesters. Only now they will consider them insurrections and not just localized riots. You think the cops showed a lack of restraint over the summer? You ain't seen nothing yet.

The electors in the electoral college cast their ballots on December 14, not in January.

The EC votes in December; Congress certifies those votes in January.

Here is a good schedule.

Briefly:

11-20 GA certification (this happened, GA certified for Biden according to the voters' will although GA gov is a traitor trying to fake a Dump win)
11-23 MI, PA
11-24 MN, NV, NC
11-28 OH
11-30 AZ, IA, NM
12-01 WI
12-08 Governors of all states compile the certified results and EC slate and send them to Congress
12-14 Electors meet and cast EC votes
01-06 Congress counts and certifies the EC votes
01-20 Swearing in

Possible ways for the Right to carry out the Strip Mall Putsch:

1. "Conservative" canvassing boards refuse to certify
2. "Conservative" governors appoint Dump slates against voters' will
3. "Conservative" state legs forward fraudulent Dump slates to Congress to challenge governors'
4. "Conservatives" bribe/threaten electors to be faithless and then try to win in court
5. "Conservatives" in Congress certify fraudulent Dump result
6. "Conservative" justices f-ck democracy while "conservative" voters whistle and avert their eyes
7. "Conservative" terrorists just start murdering people

Anyone who does any of this should go to federal PYITA prison, if not worse. The GOP will of course sit idly by and do nothing because they can't hurt the feewies of the Mad King.

Of course you'd pick nits at that trivial error and ignore the fact that your party is either full of cowards who are scared of the monster they created or a bunch of asshats who are ready and willing to put party over country in order to stay in power.

It hasn’t occurred yet to R voters that once the dictatorship is installed, they will also be as useless to those in power as the “blacks” are right now. There are no winners after this. Trump’s handlers have pulled off the greatest con of an ignorant population in world history.
