It’s being reported one of the Republicans who voted not to certify has a spouse named in one of the fraud cases.

The judge seems to be castigating the attorneys at Kirkland & Ellis. He's basically saying I'm sorry you're angry, but clean this shit up. It's not professional.
 
Popehat is saying the Kirkland & Ellis associate who made the unprofessional call is likely to be fired.

Judge calls it a "harassing call" and invites Donnovan to convey his "disdain" to the associate. I would not wager on the associate being employed in January.

Good god reading the lawyers run circles around Rudy is just sad. He doesn't even know the complaint he is making and certainly isnt making any arguments a judge would agree with. I can walk in court and claim Ted Cruz murdered my father last night but without evidence a judge will just have me removed.
 
The two Republicans on the Wayne County (Detroit) Board of Canvassers refused to certify the results. One of the members said she would be okay certifying results outside of Detroit. They claim it's due to irregularities on the ballot books, but they had no problem certifying in August, or the midterms, or literally any other election.

Now it goes to the state board.

I dunno what they think they are going to accomplish with this. If they were able to certify in 2016 with the same issue why cant they do it now? I get the White Lady hates that the Darkies voted but tough cookies you racist b!ch! (not to mention if they only certify part and leave out Detroit they will open themselves up to Equal Protection issues)

And who the heck thought it would be a good idea to have 4 members on the board?

The state board will get it to certify, Right? I guess the issue is if the state board (and in multiple states) refuse to certify
 
PA Supreme Court threw out the case about the poll watchers being too far away. (not sure if that was mentioned)

This crap is crazy. And if you live in Detroit you should file suit tomorrow against the b!ch who is trying to screw over the vote.

That is what it looked like but I honestly have zero idea. I would think so though and the SOS can certify after they do I would assume. The Mayor of Detroit should be suing the Wayne County Election Board right now...

As I said last week this is a losing gambit. Even if they do somehow convince at least 3 states (4 if GA doesnt flip back on a recount) to do this all that does is take them out of the Electoral College. You cant send electors if you havent certified the results. If they do the Governors will send competing electors and in the Constitutional Crisis that arises the GOP really loses big. No more judges, no budgets, no investigations...etc. The longer it goes the worse it gets for them because President Pelosi is the backup. There is no way an Electoral Showdown works in the favor of the GOP short of them dissolving the United States and that is only partially hyperbolic.
 
Clearly the GOP thinks a house of rep vote would go their way, which is why they’re so desperate to either reseat electors or have a bunch of states not certify amd not send electors to throw to the house

In my opinion if the will of the majority of voters in Michigan is not followed that is tantamount to an act of war against Michigan voters. Biden won by more than 150,000 votes. How many times does it need to be said, if you take away my vote, I have nothing left. Our votes are what is supposed to keep us from being like the third world countries that need to go to war to change regimes. Without a vote, what is the point? trump wants his right wing cult to rise up when the governor tries to protect the innocent people in Michigan. I would call for the same thing if the republicans try to take their votes away.

An R in Michigan today thanked Ronna McDaniel for this today because it’s exactly what she’s been pressuring states to do
 
BTW to all the people who said we had TDS and we were clutching at pearls over what Trump would do...this is what we warned you about. His people are openly trying to de-legitimize an election. One of his lawyers is jumping for joy that the will of the people might be overthrown in Michigan if Wayne County isnt certified. His people want to dissolve this country if it means they can say he didn't lose. Talk about Un-American...
