I just read a very weird article. It said this woman running for congress in California -- I'm not sure if I'm spelling this correctly -- conceded her election to her republican challanger. And apparently the same thing happened in North Carolina in a Senate race. The Democrat said since his opponent received more votes than he did he was -- what's that word again? -- conceding the election to his republican challenger. Someone needs to explain to me how this all works.
