Perjury, in theory. The point of an affidavit is its a sworn statement under oath.

The 170 includes provisionals according to the SOS which is probably part of the issue. (I believe she said that on CNN)

It sounds like Biden just took 80% of the 9288 votes out of Alleghany County.

Lead up to 27k.

What do they think is gonna happen? I mean he will throw a fit but it isnt like he is going to call the head of the FBI and have them all arrested...or maybe he will.

And Wray will do nothing since I think it is unlikely he helps someone who's supporters want his head on a spike...
