He dug at him over a district court in TX and then utterly destroyed his Hayes/Tilden comparison. There's nothing left of Ted but a pedo beard next to a pair a smoldering fake cowboy boots.

Turned to him, referenced the "Senator from Texas", and said while Cruz has been happy to prop up 1876 as an example to form a election commission, he continues to leave out the fact that the fallout from it lead to the end of Reconstruction and the start of Jim Crow.
