Of all places, Foxnews has AZ called for Biden.

I was out looking for numbers at various places, decided to see what propos Fox had, and there it was. Are they that pessimistic or trying to whip up their base? Weird.

Fox called AZ very early (when Biden had a 5% lead with something like 82% of the vote counted). It might bight them in the ass.

I misread it. DOn't know why.

I know why. i"m stressed out of my mind.

Meanwhile, I gave up hope and woke up Wednesday morning to pleasant news about WI and MI trending toward Biden (and they did).

I gave up on PA, NC, and GA Tuesday night.

PA dems currently forecast a 175k win for Biden

Based on the math in the post immediately preceding yours, I even rounded up to the next ten thousand mark for trump and down similarly for Biden and come up with a 168,600 margin to the good side.

Unfortunately I am the eeyore of USCHO so I am not holding my breath just yet.

AP also called AZ for Biden Tuesday night. Google is using the AP map on their calculations.

I will say, one of the many dumb things the Trump people have done is telegraph every move they’re making to combat this election. They’ve given so much time for everyone to combat these moves and it shows with the courts.

The other thing I've seen going around is how strong of a leg are the Trump lawsuits standing on?

Because down ballot Republicans may have performed better than he did in the states he's suing. Which means he doesn't have a case.

I'm not sure that it would matter much, but I would like to see someone from the AP perhaps come out and explain their reasoning for calling AZ and why they are sticking to it when most news organizations haven't followed suit. Show us your work. We know why you need about 7 votes in Indiana or 29 in CA to basically call those elections. We also can see why some of the other states can be called once it is clear that the margin is big enough that the final 6 or 7% won't change anything. But why did they call AZ so quickly? I really think the tinfoil post I made earlier is the reason, at this late time there is no upside to changing or explaining. If they are wrong they will take heat, if they change they will take heat, but if they are right they get to be right and say "We told you so." Sort of like throwing a pass, two of the three outcomes are bad.

Yeah, that's good stuff. I heard a podcast about the batch of lawyers who war-gamed out every eventuality and actually drafted briefs in response to every potential Trump move, well before election day. The scary part of it was when the games devolved into civil war and raiding the neighbor's turnip patch to feed the kids while bots from the Matrix are shooting at you. (next Wednesday or so)
