At the moment, Fairfax is Biden but at a much much smaller margin than Loudoun/PWC/Arlington. That can't be right; I'm assuming it's an artifact of exactly which votes there have been counted thus far.

It is. Most seem to be feel that once these ballots are reported the state will quickly be called.

Saw an interesting insight. If Biden loses tonight, it will likely represent an unthinkable gap between EC and popular vote given the sea change in TX and OH.

I wonder if some of these close states things start to shift from Trump back to Biden as they get to the end.

There is signs of that...you just need to know how the votes are counted.

I cant believe that people are making odds on GA when some of the biggest counties are so low. CNN has only 52% in and that includes like 1% from DeKalb County.

Nate has this about NC:

North Carolina has reported about 84 percent of the total number of expected votes there tonight, and so far, as we expected, an early lead for Democrats that was due to mail and early votes is narrowing significantly as more Election Day votes are being reported. But late-arriving mail ballots, which may be more Democratic, could still shift the race.
