Grand unified 2020 election thread

Anyone else prefer if the vote totals would be simply dropped in full once finished? I think this made up drama delegitimizes the election than it makes things helpful. The way it is described just leads the circle of "those city liberals" or "those country bumpkins" are stealing my election!! Is there a good reason for this trickle of info other than media drama?
 
This is playing out as good as trump could have wanted it. He looks good in every state he expected to win, he is leading in states we wanted to win but did not need, and the three states that will decide this all have huge trump leads as the date turns to November 4, setting the stage for the very scenario we really don't need as a nation. I guess the only thing I am surprised by is that trump has not yet declared victory. I think by now all 3 of those states have reported more than 50% of their vote. I didn't think trump would hold off. I wonder why.

Its not us so much as the election people saying it.

I have no idea what to predict at this point.

I grew up in Washington county, so I know it well. Betty is kind of an anomaly to me.

Hopefully the different broadcasts repeating every 5 minutes how many votes are left to count is getting the message out enough that they know people won't buy it. Of course with this group have they ever cared if people will buy it?

I think I sorta agree with this. The states that do count their early votes as they come in do not release those results days ahead of time. Maybe just wait until you can release enough votes that the outstanding votes can't change the final outcome.
