Not yet they haven't. Somebody's going to try it again. They always have. But, as long as they don't threaten US citizens or interests, let the locals deal with him/her/it.
Now, on a more historical, interesting note, Hitler's nephew wrote this letter to FDR in 1942 asking to be allowed in enlist in the US Army.
Then we have nothing to worry about.
Regardless with the internet, international business and the UN...the world has moved beyond a bipolar geopolitical confrontation (regardless of who gets positioned as 'the' enemy).
