We just passed the 76th anniversary of the start of the Blitz. Thank goodness the British weren't as skittish as we are or Hitler would have been spent October redecorating Buckingham Palace.

Except dumpsters generally don't explode. And Gov. Cuomo called it an act of terrorism.

Someone threw away their Samsung. Of course he called it terrorism. He has to.

A reporter on the street this morning looked breathlessly into the camera and said, "Panic has gripped New York City!"

No, it hasn't. Curiosity has gripped NYC. Mostly from residents wondering why this is a big deal.

So you're not concerned with the fact that a bomb exploded in NY and a second bomb was recovered close by?

If the people who live in that neighborhood aren't concerned I'm not going to let media who want a story or Chicken Littles who want a political bludgeon make me concerned.
