Sorta started to read back....saw 4 pages.....realized it's the Tech thread....said fuggit. Skipped ahead. BUT:

It's easy to cheer for your second team when your first team (despite a beyond crappy season) is STILL AHEAD of your second team. Sorry MTU. :o

9 days. Yeah, I'm counting down. I need this break from work. And I am so looking forward to seeing many MI'ers again (and fake MI'ers....Mel, I'm looking in YOUR direction).

rather than: Fooper morons who can't function on a socially acceptable level in a real <strike>city</strike> <strike>town</strike> village and are complete morons who annoy the rest of us who are upstanding citizens. ;) That's the clean non-offensive version.

He didn't get the quote exactly right, like he said, but I remember you saying something about hills that was quite funny :p
There was also a time that someone looked out the window and said "Whoa! I didn't know there was a river out there!"

Yeah I do remember the river thing. I had no idea there was a river right outside the window, or that I had driven along it for a while on 169! In my defense, it was dark out while I was driving along there.

As for the hill thing, I do remember making fun of myself and saying something along the lines of "Ah the ground is way higher over there!" :p

Yeah, that was it!

You could see more hills if you go to Madison this weekend. Better not go to Duluth though, you'll get sick of hills.

Ha ha

I've been to Denver, for the Frozen Four. The funny thing is, I'm deathly afraid of heights (which also doesn't help the bridge thing lol) and my friend and I drove through Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park for a while, and I was crouched down in the passenger seat about half the time. I made her stop in Estes Park because I didn't want to go any higher haha!

That being said, I absolutely fell in love with Denver and I would LOVE to go back, especially since I didn't get to go there for the Sioux/DU series.

I like planes, they get me places really fast! No but really, planes are fine, plane crashes are much more rare than car crashes. As for the height thing with the plane, it doesn't bother me. Weird? yes I know I am :D

Might? More like you better drink a **** ton and pass out so he can't wake you up with his snoring! I was drunk, but not passed out and he still woke me up.

The only reason to be scared of planes is if you have Sloe Gin as your pilot!:p
