Just think, if the ruling was in place a few years ago Riley Gaines wouldn't have had to suffer the embarrassment of coming in fifth place.

Oh no wait she still would have been in fifth place.
 
I have an odd feeling the Right is trying to criminalize existing while trans because rapists/pedophiles/sex traffickers need victims who are desperate and won't run to the cops.
 
The WNBA is now being pressured to define "woman" after they refused to let Enes Kanter and Royce White declare for their draft.

These are same people who declared Imane Khalief was a man. I swear to Sweet Baby Jesus that their goal isn't to "save women's sports," but to destroy them.

It was never about women's sports just as it was never about the water fountain.

That's why they are challenging Title IX in court (and will win 6-3)
