Some brainchild decided to revert my zoom acct (and my colleagues) to the basic level. Trying to teach a 4 hour block when you need to get off every 40 minutes- and the break out rooms are all messed up- joy on steroids.
 
As a delivery driver, one thing I can't stand is sidewalks and stairs that aren't shoveled and salted. Yesterday, I slipped and fell on ice while carrying a pizza and breadsticks because someone didn't salt their walk. Thankfully, the customer was gracious and was more concerned with me being okay than her food hitting the deck.

Had to leave to do some shopping. Got to the store. Realized I left my card at home. Went to start my car. Dead battery. Call for help. Help comes. I get my car going and I go home. Got my card to go back out and the battery is dead again.
 
The ridiculous coverage of the Tiger Woods accident. At least with Kobe he died...Tiger flipped his car and his having surgery on his leg. This is not a situation where you need 3 reporters live on the scene giving updates.

I really want to meet these people who hate Word so much. I literally don't understand. I've written, edited, and formatted five and six hundred page manuals just fine. There are a few quirks with images, but... I wouldn't call it the worst program ever. Every other program I've used has absolutely sucked.

I used LaTeX for my thesis and with a style file that complied with the graduate school requirements it was easy peasy. Glad I didn’t have to make the formatting file though.
 
Whoever came up with this stupid set up for the COVID version of the Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles can eat a back of dicks. So I need to renew my license in 2 weeks but can't get an appointment for 2 months and there is only 2 places that have walk in appointments that fill up almost immediately. Extensions only available for anyone born BEFORE March 1st. So glad I wasted time pre-applying that saved literally zero time because you don't let anyone actually get their license.

edit: I was able to renew online but I was supposed to get the enhanced license.

At the gas station lately, I'm either stuck behind the one who needs 5 different brands of smokes, or the one who needs 10 different scratch off lottery tickets.
