They never seem to turn up, so I'm not surprised that this thread is quiet. Sadly, that's just the case with the CCHA schools, except the B1G 10 hosers. They usually turn up in droves to proclaim their unquestionable awesomeness in everything. :rolleyes:

Will either of these games be streaming? I'll be stuck at work for the this game and have no cable at home and don't get espn3 anywhere.

Well, time to find the back door so I can sneak out of work and make it too the game on time. Catch you all there! Gooooo..... ummm.... well, I'd better decide soon! :D

Nice win for UMD, I really thought your goalie would cool off during the 2 week layoff but he was great especially at the end of the 3rd. Good stuff, good luck in the championship game:)

I really didn't think we made him work much. Lots of stuff at the middle of the net, very little through screens or making him move laterally. Both NDs were the gangs that couldn't shoot straight (though UND really did push Hunwick in the third period).

There aren't all that many of us online, and those of us that are, mainly prefer genteel discussion to an exchange of insults. Personally, I think that reflects well on us, but I guess YMMV.

Agreed. I figured ND would get more life out of the shorty, but the rush it provided wore off quickly. UMD easily picked up and started pulling away with the game. ND looked a little confused at times. Knew they didn't have it in them after that. Nice game for UMD.

There are only a few ND Hockey fans. Hockey just isn't that big in South Bend. You know that! I mean they play in a field house for crying out loud (well, they are getting their own rink next year so that's a step-in the right direction.

The goals he let I wasn't happy with. I felt the D didn't help him there.

That 3rd period was brutal to watch. One shot on goal? Man we are lucky to escape with that win.
