Usually I NEVER root for rudy but for two reasons I will next Thursday. 1.) CCHA pride (we're not gonna be around too much longer), and 2.) We split the season series with them this year and this would be an awesome way to break the tie (If both Michigan and rudy are fortunate enough to advance).

I'm on tBandwagon, too. Go, Bulldogs!


But, if the Irish pull it off, it'll be nice to see a real CCHA team and not some B1G 10 bound deserting wankers represent us in the Championship game.

OK, go UMD. You just blew it for rudy. I'm glad that we are leaving you in two years. Anyway, If Michigan somehow manages to win next Thursday and then beats UMD there will be no arguing the NC because we will have had to go through four WCHA teams.

That's hard to say. The Alumni Club will have a lot of ND fans, but not necessarily ND hockey fans. I will be there with my posse, but I know several season ticket holders who won't be there. My guess is among students, family, alumni and townies, there will be about 400.

IHF, now that you've educated your future son-in-law, you deserve the reward of hockey in person.

I don't know... this one seems a little too dated and not up to your usual standards. That all you got for them?

But that being said, can I score myself a potato if I hop on the Notre Dame bandwagon? Just asking. :)

Yeah, they seem to think ND football is still relevant. I can't wait for the day when ND hockey outdraws ND football. Of course that will be in the middle of the night because I'll be asleep and dreaming.

I'm making potato salad for our trip (we're staying in a suite in Eden Prairie) so we can avoid restaurant food some of the time. I make awesome potato salad. No. You can't have any.

It is so dated because the last time people really cared about the Irish was back in the 1800's. The potato we will give you is the size of a grape. There is this fungus on all of our potatoes. So I hope you don't mind :)

Why even get your hopes up that hockey will out draw ND football? That is like me believing that UMD fans will outnumber Gopher fans in the coming decade. Ah you're at that extended stay place in EP. Too bad you couldn't get something on the closer side of the metro.


Whatever happened to the hockey players who were busted for drinking underage? Kicked off the team? Wasn't there other problems for the team this last summer? I need some sign ideas :D
