End of two and Oswego leads 4-2 after a similar start to the period as the first and a head shaking change in net (which may look like a brilliant move now). Sounds like they have got their act together on offense for sure and there PK sound very good.

...so we know they can kill penalties...but can they stop making them? Great comeback for the Lakers - the 3rd should be a great one...

Thanks for sticking with us through the rocky start... we weren't warned that none of Elmira's phone lines would be working. Plan C is sufficing for now.

Wow....Give credit to the Lakers but Elmiras PP couldn't score on a Bantam team. Killing off that 5 minute major gave Oswego a new kick. Moodie is a beast. Ayotte will be huge for the Lakers. No idea why Beckwith went I. I didnt see anything out of the ordinary. Hare holding ground. Elmira looks depleated...

On the penalties.... Most of them have been warranted. However that no call on the hit on McConney??? Wow dirty! Ill post the video later if I can. Very dangerous.

Vaillancourt is the key guy on Elmira's PP. He's the best shooter on the team.

while 42 saves is impressive, northeastern isn't that great, especially early last season when many of their best players weren't playing. as an oswego grad now going to northeastern i'd have to say that oz could give the huskies a run for their money. not sure about how the two teams would match up this season, but last year's lakers probably could have beaten the huskies.

I've been in your position, Mike. I know what it's like to deal with the joys of road phone lines, but keep it up. You sound excellent.

At one point the commentator said Marian was doing a good job of hanging in there. I laughed.

they r 0 for 6 i think with a 3 on 5 as well,, i am sure they have guys who can shoot, but yes Vaillencourt is a snipppper....and they are now due for sure

Next goal will be key in Elmira. If Oz gets it, it's going to be a tough road to hoe for the Eagles.
