Late second period in Oswego...fire alarms go off! Players being sent to locker room. Good job by WTOP PBP for remembering the last time it happened was Oswego-Plattsburgh in 2010 when Eric Selleck's glove overheated the dryer in between periods.

2-0 Lakers at an early 2nd intermission.

Alarm has been cleared at Campus Center. Intermission continues, ice to be resurfaced, then teams will play final 2:28 of 2nd then switch ends and immediately start the third.

Just noticed the title of the thread...why the anti-Ticketmaster tonight? Someone miss out on Seinfeld at Westbury Music Fair tickets?

There is a Utica poster who doesn't like the fact that the Utica Aud uses Ticketmaster for all their events including UC hockey...

Interesting night here at Spartan Arena in Rutland Vermont Castleton leads St Mikes 3 to 2 with the third period just about to begin but midway during the 2nd period a puck shattered a section of the glass just to the right of Castletons bench a photographer was standing on a platform in front of it and had to take evasive action. Luckily no one was hurt and after a short delay play continued.

Niezgoda for Norwich with a short handed goal makes it 7-3 with less than a minute left in the game. Skidmore changes goalies again. Game over, Norwich 7-3 to make it 8-0 in the season.

After a seemingly endless string of near misses, Chris Carr finally scores on a breakway for Oswego to make it 3-0 Lakers with 14 mins left.:D

Plattsburgh and Cortland tied 3-3 with under 3 minutes left in the third. Cortland kills off a Cardinal power play...

Headed to overtime...

Leimbrock bangs in one at the right post to make it 4-0 with 9:31 left in Oswego. Lakers look ready for tomorrow's hatefest.

Is it just me or is Platty really struggling with Cortland before Oswego over the last few years? (Not an insult. Just an observation.)

not just you...it's a fair observation.

Game ends in a tie... winless in their last three Friday outings.

Cortland is a much improved team this year, I wouldn't be surprised if they cause more than a few upsets, I could tell watching them play Oswego in the first game they're getting better.

Just a side note.....Romney never had fire alarm issues....Of course, the fire alarms there probably didn't really work anyways.

Beware the wounded animal. I've seen the Cards get off the deck before and play well.
