Chance favours the prepared mind; nothing wrong with raising prices in time of desperate need. The value of things change. As for the rape and kidnapping, there's already laws on the books about that.
Woah! A "* the poors!" response? You sound like one of them!!! ILLUMINATI!!!!!!!!1!

And where did I say anything about barriers to entry? Heck. if I wasn't part of said "cartel", I'd hop in my fully gassed vehicle and transport people for fare while severely undercutting the competition. That's the beauty of a free market: There's always a defence against those that try to bump the price.

Don't believe you man, I see what you are now: The inside man, sent here to preach about that conspiracy stuff to root out believers to be taken out by your Illuminati/Bilderberg/NWO masters!

That is, quite possibly, the worst impersonation of Alex Jones I have ever read.

Alex Jones?!? He's one of them! You're one of them! I knew it! Illuminati confirmed!!!

Illuminati want to gain the trust of people. The independent reporters want to give you liberty, even if you do not trust them. To say that the people must believe a certain way makes you illuminati.

No way man, you're not fooling me! Only an Illuminati would call someone an Illuminati!

Robert Anton Wilson was a lot funnier.

Re: Frayed Ends: Business, Economics, and Tax Policy 3.0

They forgot about the part where QE2 is supposedly related to Hitler.

But they do note Hitler was a grandson of a Rothchilde because his father was conceived during a ritual satanic rape. Thus, Hitler was an inside man for the Jewish conspiracy. I guess the Holocaust was really deep cover.

Clinton is apparently a Rockefeller. I don't believe that, though. All the Rockefellers are so thin blooded. I'd believe Clinton (born '46) as an illegitimate child of Stalin (died '53). They're even both handsome.

So in another example of strong governance locally...Minn has been rated the top state for kids welfare. And what was the response from the key governing dem stakeholders? They said they were pleased. But continued to say just how problematic things still were. In fact, Dayton pushed for universal preschool to double down on the state's lead. And in perfect opposition party form, the GOP reached an appropriate compromise to increase scholarships for young students. This at a time when TC business climate is absolutely top rate and the already powerful engine Mpls is in full reinvention mode (stadium, light rail, downtown street renovations). Things really can't be going any smoother here.

And we've done it while cutting emissions and GHG by something like 15% and coal usage by 33%
