Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

Da Costa is officially listed on USCHO as "Da" so I had to make some modifications.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

I was thinking he was drafted, I would have taken him at some point if he wasn't. Someone giving up on him already, that I could see.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

Noticed that MSU's Jake Chelios is listed as a F/D. He played defense in MSU's only game this year. Any chance we could add him to the list of d-men?

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

Sean, F/D and D/F are mapped to F because players like that are assumed to be more offensively minded. I'd like to leave the rule consistent.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

By the way, FCH has 120 registered GM's this year. That's a great improvement from the 36 we had last year. Thanks to everyone for your participation and for evangelizing us to your friends.

FCH hasn't refreshed points from 10/15 yet.
If I make roster moves, will it still record points of the players that I had active on 10/15 if I move them to inactive before the points are recorded?

Any moves you make today will not affect your results from yesterday.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

Is there any reason why my player from UMass-Lowell is listed as No Next Game Scheduled? It has said it all week, and he played tonight against RIT. Its not a big deal, I wasn't going to start the guy this week, just curious.

It is related to the USCHO site redesign. If anyone else notices stuff like this please let me know. I will fix it ASAP but it will probably won't be till next weekend.

So Parker Milner might turn out to be a great sleeper pick for me. Kreider, not so much.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

USCHO-3 .... Scott Campbell scored a goal last night against RIT but I didn't get the points also didn't get my points for an assist by Chris Haltigan RIT. Also it says "no next game scheduled" for my uml players on my team. How do I fix this?

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

USCHO-3: Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a player in the blank spot on owlsachief's defense? I'm looking to pick up a d-man and don't want to take a guy that is supposed to be on his roster but for some reason or another isn't showing up.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

UML is broken because USCHO decided to change their name for them from "Mass-Lowell" to "Massachusetts-Lowell." I have to go back and fix everything. I am hoping to get to it Wed. night.

Re: Fantasy College Hockey #9 (The Apricot-Flavored Season)

I think I have the UML thing stable to the point where you will get stats for any games that were successfully imported, and can add/drop without issues. Please keep an eye on players from Lowell and Amherst since I had to differentiate them.

USCHO is currently completely down, and I will have to sit down again with this to look at the farming and scheduling components. Stats from the UML-RIT game cited below were never loaded in the first place and still aren't.

Shirtless Guy, UMass is now "U. Massachusetts" and UML is now "Massachusetts-Lowell"
