Congratulations to YALE and QUINNIPIAC from the rest of us in the ECAC. You have made us all very proud !!!!

At present, Yale 6-0 THIS season vs West. BTW - Herb Brooks and 3 championships from 70's are dead.

And yes, congratulations to Quinnipiac and Yale!! Both great teams, and well deserved.

Too funny, touting Yale's football glory days from the Jurassic Period in one sentence then smoothy transitioning into ripping on Brooks and MN from the 70s. Good stuff, Buttercup.

"winning 27 college football national championships, including 26 in 38 years between 1872 and 1909"

Bwahahahaha! 1970's are dead. 1870's are alive and kicking.

Re: EZAC??? I think not!!!

Maybe in honor of another ECAC national championship, the government will seize a few S&L's and the Chinese will protest in Tienanmen Square.

Re: EZAC??? I think not!!!

Yale's accomplishment is all the more impressive as Harvard, Yale, Princeton et al. have an academic index which each incoming Freshman class must attain (SAT, GPA ). The teams against which they compete dont have that.....An no, Ivy academis are not overrated- just look at any ranking of school academic. Princeton, Harvard are always 1,2 .

Try getting a C at Harvard...

Re: EZAC??? I think not!!!

When was the last time that that two teams in the NCAA finals last battled in the consolation round (3rd place) of their league championship? Speaks volumes to how tough the ECAC was this year.
