I have two daughters. One graduating college and one going to college next year. How do I explain this?

Tell them to stop being complacent, and get active in their local Democratic Party organizations, wherever they are living.

I think I need to downsize homes and move from services to industry... I don't think I can survive in a business world where "You'll love this, it'll be the best, everyone says so" is a legitimate way to convince people to do something.

It's funny how some are wired.

I don't blame any one state and certainly not my sports team's home states for this.

This goes incredibly far beyond any one state.
