Thanks for all the bumps guys. I was in the monsoon in San Jose yesterday. Some parts of Calif got 10 to 13 inches of rain yesterday :eek:. Never seen it rain so hard for so long in my life and the area I was in only got 3 to 4 inches for the day. Of coarse 50 MPH winds did not help either.

Vic, check the posts closely, because I think GRuss simul-posted an outlet's picks (media, coaches, etc.)

Yes, I take the media and coaches picks since the ECACHL puts them out but I no longer take any other media picks (unless they specifically post them in the thread) since a certain Schenectady Sports Writer got his panty hose in a dither about using his picks without his permission 2 years ago.

If it's published, and cited without totally ripping the majority of his article, it's fair-use and a ridiculous complaint.

It was published, and all I did was take his picks, nothing more out of the article. Well he found out, did not like it and did not politely ask me to remove it, he demanded that I remove it. So I did and have not accepted anything unless posted by the individual. Life goes on and so do my contests :) .
