I agree with you; however, my picks were (more than anything else) the best way to get 3 teams from ECAC in the NCAA tournament; as long as Cornell and Union each win a game, then either Harvard or Colgate can be the AQ.
Guess my pick is more "what I want to happen" rather than "what I think will happen" - and since I'm in the middle of the pack, I'm willing to take a chance.
I'm curious how many of you would bet Harvard over Cornell or Colgate over Union if something extremely valuable, like your house, was on the line. These results are possible, but I wouldn't say it's a 1:2 chance, which is what the aggregate results show.
