I was joking about Cheeto's ramblings about him "passing" a dementia test with a coworker today, and had an odd thought:

- Why exactly is he being given these dementia exams to begin with? Like, how does he not have a personal quack to say "All is fine!" with the Cheeto?

Like, this just seems odd for how the rest of the administration interacts with Cheeto Von Fukstik... Who actually has the power to force this one through? And should his health actually go South, is there a chance we would know about it?

As we saw before, I really do believe if he does have a major issue, he'll just go dark/quiet for a few days and nothing will happen till people start to question it and call him out. Last time, he went a few days without a peep, so there is precedent here.

So why the premptiveness with the cognitive exam?

He truly believes that these are some sort of IQ measuring test, and few people can pass them But since he can, or at least, his doctors tell him he is, with results like no one has ever achieved before, his narcissism cannot prevent him from crowing about this achievement constantly. You know, an achievement that no one else ever has managed to do.
