I've been driving around rural Wisconsin, picking up documents needed to apply for my canadian citizenship.

I've been on Interstate 94, and many state and county highways in between towns.

Between 2020 and 2025 it was very common to find flags and other displays in rural areas.

Even my almost 90yo Korean War vet neighbor removed his Trump flag. I haven't bothered to ask him if America is finally great again. The other neighbor committed suicide last year.

Mine still has her Trump bumpersticker, but nothing else. I wonder if we'll see that scraped off once spring arrives...
