But, again, no one would be shocked by any changes at this point. Sure, some things are holding, but not as much as we all hoped or expected in 2016 and beyond.

It 100% shouldn't and hasn't, but in this Calvinball era of jurisprudence no attorney with any sense would guarantee an outcome. The lower courts will all say this is ridiculous, then it'll get up to SCOTUS and who knows what the fuck the GOP 6 will do.
