Some big news? Tacos post about Epstein on Truth has gotten more comments than likes. Not sure what the big deal about that is?

It's called being ratio'd. Typically a post should have more likes than comments because if it's good, someone will just hit the like button instead of commenting positively. So a post that gets more comments than likes usually means it's negatively received because you aren't getting your normal likes, and you're getting a whole lot of negative comments. I'd say this is like 10x worse in this case since no one uses Trump Social besides MAGA.

Yeah if the TS crowd is ratioing a Trump comment that would be like the Bluesky crowd doing that to Mamdani.
 
I don't think anyone seriously thinks they will change but they could splinter off into something way worse.

The only other time I remember huge blowback from the MAGA base was Operation Warp Speed. They get the vaccine out in months, he takes it, basically 98% of all high level politicians take it, and MAGA hated him for it and still came up with the conspiracies about trackers and bad health effects. If I remember right he even got booed at a rally over it.

That's when I realized there are people under his umbrella who think even he is too attached to the "deep state."

Bingo. 3/4 of the GOP base is going along to get theirs...the other part is so hardcore into believing this stuff they aren't loyal to anything but the conspiracy. These are the people who hate the government and only followed Trump because he preached how much he hated the government and they want him to destroy it. The people who thought Timothy McVeigh was not only right but didn't go far enough. The ones who wanted to kill the FBI/ATF and George HW Bush because of Ruby Ridge. The ones so far Right they aren't even on the spectrum.

And the sad thing is, we are safer with them in the GOP umbrella than without. If Trump alienates them to the point they become like Thomas Massie...well lets just say ICE will deal with real violence and it wont be from Libs.
 
I also had faith in the far Right lunatics living out their little military fantasies during COVID (getting to isolate and live out of their little bunker), but they gave that up right away.

This is no different. Meal Team Six won't do shit.

The funny part about the Epstein client list is that they actually thought it would be released. These people have been screaming lock em up for years and have gotten no satisfaction.
