Stephen Miller says they are “actively looking at” suspending the writ of habeas corpus, which is only allowed when the US has been invaded or during an insurrection, which would not allow people to challenge their incarceration in court if they are arrested and detained.

I'm sure already posted but they are sending people to Libya now. They are finding wherever they can send people to avoid the courts.

The Libyans deny any such agreement was reached. When you're too extreme for terrorists...
 
It's interesting. Everything is escalating, escalating. I wonder when the pot is going to boil over. And then of course the laughter when the midterms are officially cancelled.
