That should go well...I mean come on it isn't like Google Maps ever has any issues or anything.

We won't need Skynet to become self aware to kill us all the stupid morons programming the "AI" will do it with their ineptitude.

Maybe someone should make these idiots watch movies from the 1980s. Next they will automate the military and NORAD will be shut down so Joshua can play Tic Tac Toe. We are being taken over by a bunch of Carter Burkes and that is not good.

I dunno...part of me thinks they are moving on this stuff way too fast. The key to making this stuff work is moderation. People cant see how far they have gone if they are going inch by inch.

Level D: virtually no testing required. Think inflight entertainment systems.

Level B: Errors could degrade redundancy of on-board systems but can't, in and of itself, crash the plane. Errors could require significant pilot intervention/workload to manage. Think software that moves fuel around the airplane or controls the (multiple redundant) hydraulic systems.
Level A: The good stuff. Software works or people die. This requires "branch level" testing, where you prove that you have tested every single permutation of every possible path through the code. Uber expensive - takes banks of computers running 24/7 for 6-24 months (depending on code complexity) to get through all the test cases.

That's a blast from the past. He was equally ignorant about health care related issues. I remember him saying that if you do not get your care at Mayo and see every specialist possible, you just don't care about your health. He was the perfect person for the VIP/executive health plans that had well documented worse outcomes.

He always thought we were referring to him when we mentioned people saying roe would not be overturned, but we never were referring to him. Hopefully he comes back
