Dump Term 2, 1.01: Sleep Now in the Fire

China to increase tariffs on ALL U.S. goods from 84% to 125%, effective tomorrow.
THIS CUTS OFF virtual ALL US exports to China, including tens of billion of dollars in soybeans, corn, beef and pork.
I do not want my tax dollars bailing out the farmers who “VOTED FOR THIS”.
Too bad Trump will cut a check to them for being brave patriots and having them sit home not doing anything...

... while they bemoan those "others" who sit home collecting a check from the government.

Should work out fine...

One can only hope that FL is blindsided by a Cat-5 that "no one saw coming"...

Hey Jeb...your hero is getting anally explored worse than your mom last night!
Supposedlly, WH officials are begging the Chinese to set up a Xi-Trump call, so Donnie can spin it as the Chinese running to him for a deal.

I was in Mexico on vacation during Trump's last foray into the agricultural tariff wars. It was all over the Mexican papers, even the ones printed in English, that the Mexican government had shifted most, if not all, of it's importing of corn, soybeans, beef and pork, from the US to Brazil and Argentina. No matter what Trump thinks, there are other suppliers out there that are ready to step in and fill the void.

Soon, farmers are going to be clamoring for bailouts, or Trump will start throwing the money around to try and keep the MAGAt base for the midterms.
