Nah, OPM is the one who sent it and there has only been a few depts, only the FBI, DoD, and intelligence that have said don't respond. The treasury employee union said don't respond. But treasury itself did not say anything.

Otherwise, yes, it is going bad.

I'm telling you people at OPM are being told not to answer it. More than a few have been leaking it to alternative press. (If you believe in that stuff...wish I could find the links but they were on bluesky)

I don't think that email was supposed to go out. This stinks of a moron corporate flunky who accidentally sent a draft out to the listserv. And let's be honest, that is who most of these idiots are.

To be fair I worked all weekend so it is possible those got retracted or debunked and I never saw it.
 
So the Economist reported that Americans aged over 65 in particular are being more seriously affected by the flu than usual this year. They claim experts are not sure why and then immediately acknowledged that vaccination rates are falling.
