Nope. LaRs are much better than they have any right to be. I was surprised. Really surprised.

Of course, I'll have good beer there, too. And hopefully a victory whiskey. ;)

No, he's been preaching Lime-A-Ritas for a couple years now (to his credit, they are really good). Straw-Ber-Ritas are great too. I guess they have a couple new flavors this year too...

Mang-O-Rita and Rasp-ber-ita. I wasn't a fan of the strawberry, but I might try the raspberry. Nope on the mango.

And bbdl is the one that started the LaR thing for some of us locals.

Yep, your love of LaRs has convinced me that liking Rumple and Jager is OK. ;)

Meh. That's the only pre-mixed "drink" (it's technically a malt beverage like Smirnoff Ice/etc) I buy. Otherwise I mix my own.

Fair enough. People can like what tastes good, but I don't do Zima, etc.

Tried Bell's Two-hearted ale, Founder's Dirty B-stard, and I learned that Hennessy's Irish Stout is made in Saugatuck. Good night overall.

Well, Zima....that's a whole 'nother level right there. ;)

I honestly looked at what the LaR was made of...questioned it, and gave in to peer pressure to try it. And I was quite taken aback. And no gutrot the next day, etc, like one might get from something like Mike's Hard Lemonade or whatever. That was truly the amazing part.

Straw-ber-ritas aren't very good when you have been bottom-holed in beer darts and have to slam it. Or so I've been told.

LaR is a principle thing for me. Can't do it. It's also a principal thing as it would require me to actually spend money on it. :D

Tune up! - (c) Uncle Matt - is premixed. However, you don't buy that, so I suppose it passes.

And that's a "tradition" exemption. Although that tradition may be RIP? I think they did it at regionals this year, but we did NOT do it at the B1G tournament.

The first time we had a party/bonfire with the Lime-a Ritas was great. "MNS, stop at every liquor store you can find on your way and buy as much Lime-a-rita as you can find!" We must have went through 50 cans of the stuff that night.

I don't know when I'll be back home. However, I think there's some shindig in July where we could make the swap.

Best part about that was, he couldn't find any in his/my area, IIRC. It was only when he started hitting 'Murica-areas that he found it. The other stores were sold out. :D
