Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 9: The Carlos Guillen edition
Hey! Somewhere in the middle of all this today, we got rid of Mike Aviles! Traded to the Braves for Erick Aybar. We also sent a low minors catcher, too.

With Boston coming in next for 4. This could be an 0-7 stand. No Maybin, No Iggy, No Castellanos, and no one has any idea if Miggy is 100% after the other night. This is trouble. Again.

Boston played Wednesday at 7pm in Baltimore in a rain shortened game that was not called until 10:30 pm and is in your barn today for a 1pm start. Advantage Tigers.
Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 9: The Carlos Guillen edition
I went to the game the other night. There was one starting infielder in the line up and 2 starting outfielders. The offense is just so short of real bats. Aybar seems to be going ok however.
