Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Iggy went knee-to-knee with the 1st baseman.

He's probably okay, but that was his fault for running inside the baseline. No one will mention that part.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Henning will whine about why Gose should be entitled to two homers instead of the double he just got.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Same story, different day. Lobstein continues to fall behind in the count. He's getting away with it for now, but sooner or later it's going to cost him, big.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Lobstein to the DL. Buck Farmer will start on Thursday.

SS Dixon Machado called up from Toledo. That tells me a whole lot more about how Iggy is.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Do they let batters use Fungos when they go against Sanchez this year? I fail to see how he could have such a discrepancy in homers given up already vs the entire season last years. It's almost impossible.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

I flipped to the game about 2 seconds before he hit that. I'm not going back until the Indy 500 is over.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

9-7 Astros and now the fundamentals have gone to pot.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Hey, guys...When the SS tries to throw a runner out at 3rd, let's not smoke him in the back of the head with the ball. That rule went out of play somewhere around 1909 or so.

So far, from what I've seen, unless Iglesias is in a wheelchair, he probably should be at SS.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Looks like the best option for a starting pitcher today is a guy that is 0-5 in Toledo with an ERA of about close to 5.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

And he might not get to the ballpark in time...

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Just how many ambulance chasing lawyer commercials do we need to see in a single Tiger game?

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Someone should tell Rajai Davis not to wear ice skates out to right field.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

I'd prefer it very much if Buck Farmer can keep the baseball from being buckfarmed into the seats.

And get the microphones away from the annoying Tiger fans in the stands.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 8: The Doc Cramer edition

Trout hits a cannon shot to left-center, and then Greene grooves one titty high to Calhoun, who promptly deposits it into the right field bleachers.

2-0 Anaheim after one.

CESPEDES!!!

2-1 Angels, top 2.
