of course but if he pitched any longer he would not be available tomorrow. so they took him out for that reason. plus guys needed work.

That would have been the only positive to take out of last night for me.
I had to let Mrs Jon control the TV last night, but word is that Buck and McCarver were even worse than usual last night. That's special.
And I have a high Jack Edwards tolerance...

While that is true, nothing is worse than blowing a 5 run lead in the last three innings, losing, and potentially having a 3-1 lead with one more at home. Just sayin'.
