PRINCE!!!

3-1 Twins, bottom 4.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

That was a hell of a catch out of Clete there.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

When you leave 6 guys on base in the last three innings, you don't deserve to win. Plain and simple.

Porcello, Coke and Bonderman were not good tonight. But we had our chances and didn't cash in.

Phil Coke to Toledo. Jose Alvarez recalled.

Believe it or not, I was pondering this same move during the game when Coke was the processing of pouring gas on the fire that Porcello built.

Underlined has been the Twins' season. Season. Think about that.

Just got the update that Cabrera hurt himself in his final at bat (groin or stomach according to Leyland). Did he swing so hard he pulled a muscle?

He hurt something last week before ripping a HR. Dude is gutting it out.

I think this is the vid:

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

He hasn't been right for about three weeks now. He can barely run with a sore hip flexor or something. He's only hit about .370 during that time.

He's done. Washed up. Better trade him away now while you can still get a bag of new balls instead of used ones. :D

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

My favorite thing about Cabrera is that there's no way he's on PEDs. He likes beer and likely buffets.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

He definitely likes his groceries. The only thing he's likely to test positive for is cholesterol.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

Victor Martinez is going to do WHAT???? in New York?

That is a bad idea. A very very bad idea.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

Big defensive miscue there to give us the lead.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

You don't see that everyday, either. Prince gets 1st base on a 3rd strike that goes to the batter's box, with runners on 1st and 2nd.

Re: Detroit Tigers, Volume 5: The Hank Greenberg edition

Oh, boy. The roof has caved in on the Twins here in the 7th.
