I need to know how to shrink Giant Tiger for another board. I need to get to 85 x 85.

Without resizing it in an image program you can force it to a certain size in the image tags.

<img src="path" height="85" width="66" />

However it will still load the entire large image, it just squeezes it into the smaller size. So you should try to keep the same ratio as the large version. That would be 66w x85h.

Well, where I'm going, it just loads the file from my hard drive, so if I've got to size it, I've got to do it before I upload it, if that makes any sense at all.

Yep, then you should resize it to the 66 width x 85 height so that it fits your 85x85 constraints. The text probably won't look great.

You could even do it with MS Paint if you had to.
