Speaking of Viva, he's let his hair grow long again. Testing Monty? Or planning to get the trim again? His game improved a couple of notches after he got Sampsonized last year.

This was a unique guy. Started out coaching football at Jefferson HS in Port Arthur, TX. Beloved beyond belief in Houston. I spent a lot of time with him in his office when the Oilers made it into the playoffs the first time. A real gentleman, who would never wear his cowboy hat inside the Astrodome. It was no act. That was Bum. RIP

Hawkinson goes from possibly out for year to playing last weekend to reinjured and bringing on somebody from the club team--listed at D but playing forward--lost 10 lbs and shrunk 1 inch from the elite prospects page and is either a freshman (roster to a senior (twitter). But other than that nothing has changed.:confused: :p

And it is colder in Denver than Fairbanks/
