Denver @ RPI - 12/14/2013

Re: Denver @ RPI - 12/14/2013

As we were last night-at the end of two periods all tied up at 1-1. Now, one would expect the visiting Denver team to be a tad more fatigued in the third period of the second game having stayed in Troy over night. I suppose though that old adage does not hold true any more-maybe because they closed Mame Fay's so many years ago. That place could sure tire out the best of any team.;)

Snow is starting to get heavy out there. Should be a tough ride home for the fans who did show up.

Re: Denver @ RPI - 12/14/2013

It was starting to look like a shutout coming. We got one to trickle in-so you could say we may have won the Battle of Brittain there?

Just a moment before, he had made the save of the game. Stupid, chippy DU penalties. That's not them, usually.

On the replay-that RPI goal did not look like it should be Higgs'-I am not sure but perhaps Neal nudged it in.
