Denver @ Minnesota State - Saturday 2/27/10

Re: Denver @ Minnesota State - Saturday 2/27/10

I never would have known. Jay should let us know these things, at least 10 times during the course of the game in case I miss the first nine. :D ;)

Yeah, these factoids add to our enjoyment. Maybe he could copy a page from Red Barber's book with the 3 minute egg timer. And every time the sand ran out, old Red would give the score. In this case, after every three minutes Jay could give us a meaningless factoid.

DU going back to the sin bin after Chevy makes a nice save on a 2 on 1.

But did you know?
In April 2007, Galiardi left Dartmouth College for academic reasons.

Mavs make it 3-2. How 'bout staying out of the box for 3 or 4 minutes, guys?

Re: Denver @ Minnesota State - Saturday 2/27/10

There it is again Riviera and Minnesota in the same sentence. Isn't that an oxymoron?

And what a surprise to learn that MSUM is less academically challenging than Dartmouth.

Reminds me of Brett Hull, who was on his way to DU 'til he got a combined score on the SAT's (old scoring) well under 1000. See ya. Hello, Duluth!

Didn't you get 400 for filling in your name correctly?

Mavs tie it at 3 on a DU turnover.

Arm-Pitlick-er scores. Tie puck game.

In addition to the Ole, Ole thing, do they do the wave in Mankato?

Mavs tie it 3-3 on turnover.

Funny to hear Cook's reaction "oop", in the middle of answering one of Jay's moronic questions.

I believe tonight is Mullet night, with free lube jobs for everyone with the appropriate do.
