Message to DU players, coaches and fans...........Please take today's game lightily. BSU is an inferior opponent and has no right being in the postion of Playing DU in the semi finals. It would be wise of you to overlook BSU and in fact if you are not looking forward to playing UND in the finals right now you should be. Pretty please with sugar on top?
Good luck to DU today.

How are those plans coming in changing your grass color from green to maroon? Just think, after today you won't have to complete the project alone. UNO players should be easy to solicit in assisting with your project as they will have plenty of time to kill before next season starts.

In all seriousness, the Beavs have always been a very opportunistic team and have risen to the occasion come Tournament-Time many times before, in my opinion thanks to Serratore's skills at motivating and coming up with near perfect game plans in those situations. When you don't have a dog in the fight they're fun to watch.
Let me see if I got this right... 0-5-1 against them Beavs... hmmmmm... I'd have to say that if BSU wins it then UNO screwed themselves out of an NCAA spot. All they had to do was beat them... something most every other team in the league did.

I will say that the last time we played I was very impressed with the Beavs ability to cycle the puck. It was like a clinic out there!! It should be a great game. This early start is a bit problematic!! I'm going to try and wait until tonight when the kids are in bed and watch it, but I have this wise *** friend who is a Maine fan who ruins it for me every time. Last year he blew it for me with the RIT game. I need to crawl into a shelter and hide from all forms of communication from about 3pm until about 9pm. Wish me luck!!

Congrats to DU and good luck to all the WCHA teams that make the NCAA's. And for the Beavs thank you for an entertaining and exciting first season in the best conference in college hockey. I know it didn't turn out as well as we the fans and you the players had hoped but as always you have represented us well and this fan is proud to be a Beaver!

The score was not an indication of how the game was truly played. Brittain was force to make a lot of good saves and Bemidji played a lot better than that 6-2 score would show. Great first season in the WCHA! We look forward to many more battles!

Good job by Bemidji but they ran out of gas in the 3rd period. Not a bad showing for their first year in the league. They certainly had UNO's number this season. Should be a good game tonight between CC and UND. UND hasn't face any real competition in a while (4 games in a row with MTU). Be interesting to see how they do facing better competition after having their way with MTU.

Great point about UND facing Tech the last 4 games. CC will come out against UND knowing that a win all but gets them in the tourney. CC fans are taking nothing for granted I know that. I think win or lose, CC makes the tourney
