I'm not going there. These guys are apparently on the same plan as Jay: if you tell the audience who got the goal you lose a testicle.

Psychologically I think it's good for the team that Cowley starts. With Brittain in goal the team may think "gee, we can win if we score one or two goals." With Cowley in goal the team may think, "gee, we might need to score three or four goals to win" and consequently the team bears down a bit more. Just my $.02.

On the other hand, the glass might be half empty: "Jeez we normally can't score three or four goals, so we're in trouble." You're probably right. Why sit Sammee tonight? Give him a rest? Prepare for "life after Brittain?" Send him a message about bearing down? Or, just trying to shake things up?

Jay interviewed Leggs at intermission. Pios hope to slow down Archibald. He hopes to play against, but he'll have to see if Upper body injury gets better during the week
