Nobody at NBC either knows or, more importantly, cares how to pronounce the kid's name. Way unprofessional.

What's the over/under on how many times I'm going to b*tch about it tonight?

That is one thing I have hated about national broadcasts. It's almost comical to listen to Barry Melrose bluster as though he knew a dam thing about college hockey while butchering half teh guy's names. Still, how the hell do you mis-pronounce Zucker? It's just dumb!

It's counter-intuitive. The name is pronounced exactly as it is spelled. A 9 year old would guess "zucker." These guys come up with "zooker." Morons. And unprofessional morons at that. If his name began with an "F" would they pronounce it "Fooker?"

UNO looked listless, I would expect Blais to change things up a bit. DU has got to be ready for them and stay consistent.

Even if DU would tie UMD for 2nd, UMD holds the tiebreaker. Best finish DU can have is 3rd place.

"Listless" is something we're all familiar with. Nice to see the other guys mailing it in for once. They'll pick it up in the 2nd, no doubt.

You wouldn't expect those dain bramaged guys from NBC to know that. So we'll probably have several more mentions about WCHA placement for DU along with the infamous "bubble." Meh.

Agreed 100percent. It's nice to hear the other team's announcers saying things like we need to pick it up instead of our announcers.
