I guess those rodent sweaters are supposed to be gold. Look more like "fish stick" to me.

Those tOSU helmets are pretty brutal but not as bad as Michigan's.

Man, those were ooogly. The entire decade I was in Houston the Astros were wearing those hideous uniforms with the horizontal rainbow stripes. They looked like the Bingo Long All Stars.

For some things, it's never too late. Speaking of being over served. I've been thinking about the possibility of Boone gate crashing Coombe's retirement ceremony. Giving the guy a big old bear hug then mooning the trustees. That's rank right up there with the "CC sucks" banner at the old barn.

I was surprised he announced his retirement so far in advance. Quite frankly this is a classic case of premature evacuation.

They had to figure another way to blow another couple of 100Gs this year after Mascotgate last year.

Works for me. I miss the blog. His contributions here. And especially his successful efforts to get DU students to act like, well, students at our athletic events. I've said many times I wish we had 1,000 like him. H*ll, we'd be way better off if we had 100.
