That may all be true. When NoDak comes to town it also represents Denver's only legitimate chance for a near sellout/or actual sellout all season. I attended the first DU-CC game this season and the crowd was nowhere near the 6,000 which was announced. That figure was a pipe dream.

Escaping from Grand Forks and indoor plumbing are the big draws for Sioux fans in Denver. Not to mention the lack of reciprocity between Colorado and North Dakota law enforcement.
