My cup runneth over: Jayisms coming out of my ears. And the opening ceremonies of the Olympics. I'm especially looking forward to the dramatizations of "Great Moments in Soviet History." A giant animatronic Stalin, starving millions of Ukranians to death in the Holodomor and murdering thousands of Polish army officers in the Katyn forest. Plus, the crushing of Hungarian freedom fighters in '56 and violating the Treaty of Brataslava in '68

While fans are disappointed that Shaun White will compete only in the halfpipe competition in Sochi, we're all heartened to know that Old Pio will be defending his title in the crackpipe event.

Hola, crappy commute home tonight and I am really getting tired of the snow and cold. The only days we have gone above freezing since early January were last weekend during the Super Bowl. Thankfully, the 30 inch snow storm predicted for this weekend will travel to the south and we are only going to get snow showers this weekend. My snowblower needs to be serviced and my back hurts from shoveling heavy wet snow on Wednesday. The snow on Wednesday was so heavy no one's snow blowers could blow it. Everything is frozen so hard now that my 70 pound dog is walking across the snow on top and not falling through. Global warming my azz. And of course SCSU gets the 1st goal.
