My Time Warner plan just got ESPN3(online) and it only took 5 tries to register.
And then Sports Center was on which I could watch on tv anyway. :p

Apart from the PC nonsense involved, I believe the bullies at the NC$$ enjoy picking on a "small" school. They ran and hid when FSU told 'em they were going to the mattresses. We got the same treatment when we were put on probation years ago over that whole eligibility thing.

It was the settlement in the UND vs NCAA lawsuit. Most of it had to do with allowed time to gain approval and conditions that would have needed to be met to retain the name. There was also some things about the banners and things like that and what could be kept and not kept. I don't remember all the details.

Some nice props to Gwoz and DU by the Sioux announcers in between periods. Down the road UND and DU are going to have to be the heavy lifters in the WCHA when MN and WI bolt for the B10HC. The survival of the league will be squarely on these two school's shoulders.

Thanks. Am I wrong in assuming it sounds like a compromise? But the name stays?
