Re: Demcratic Challengers 11: Saving the Republic one voter at a time!

Rents will increase if property tax stays the same or even goes down, so I don't accept your argument.

Depends. In general, yes. I have been at my apt for 14 years now. Until this year, if you were a 10-year resident, they froze your rent/no increase guaranteed. While that policy is no longer in place, my rent went up about 3% this year, and it's STILL a good 20% (minimum) cheaper than other new apt complexes in the area. The only reason they changed the policy is because in my area, there are 2 factors:
1. The renter's market is crazy right now.
2. About 6-7 large complexes have been built in the last 3 years, with another huge one in the making, and their rents are crazy ($1500/1BR up to $3000/3BR)

Biden lives

who drops out after Super Tuesday? I would guess Klobuchar will be hurting for cash soon. Steyer should drop out after what I assume will be a disappointing Super Tuesday finish but he’s rich so who knows.

I think it's gonna be Warren, Bloomberg, and Sanders that are left. Biden, I have no clue. Bloomberg is only in it because he has the money to be in it.

If Warren doesn’t win Mass on Super Tuesday it’s hard to imagine she’ll stay in much longer unless it’s to murder Bloomberg in the debates.

4% in:

50.6 Biden
17.6 Sanders
11.5 Steyer (?)
08.3 Buttigieg
06.4 Warren

then noise.

Rumor is, she's taking it easy on Sanders, to gain the Veep nom. /tinfoilhat

That ticket would make sense. It's not like Sanders is going to pick Booker or Buttigieg.

Sanders' good veeps:

Abrams
Warren
Baldwin

It would be more of Warren keeping Sanders in check, from what I've heard.

They can't be on the ticket together, nor will there be a job for the other in the administration. They are both senators from states with GOP governors who will be happy to replace them with a Republican. With any luck the Vermont governor's mansion will go to a Democrat this fall to potentially replace Sanders but Baker is in place in Massachusetts until 2022.

Andrew Gillum.

Massachusetts would have a special election. Governor appointee is only interim.

But they cant both be on the ticket as that combo has nothing that would draw in the middle.

You think the Dems want to gamble the senate on a special election in MA? Liz's best bet is Senate Majority Leader when Schumer finally retires or AOC primaries him.

And tomorrow morning, Hunter Biden returns to the right wing news blitz
