Another great story song, somewhat obscure. I wish I could see footage of him do it live; he was a consummate showman.

The excellent lyrics, author lost to history.

There's an audio clip out there where Paul McCartney was asked something about the impetus to The Beatles and their sound. McCartney replied, and I'm paraphrasing here, We wanted to sound like Chuck Berry and (forgot the name said), but we just couldn't match that sound, so we made our own. And when you listen The Beatles' cover of Roll Over Beethoven, he wasn't wrong. It's not like they had a horrible cover of it, but they couldn't quite match the sound/feel.
