Bus crash tonight involving the Humboldt Broncos, a junior team (SJHL) from Saskatchewan. Details still very fuzzy, but by all reports, the news is NOT good at all.

EDIT: Apparently the team bus hit a semi.

Sounds very bad, similar to the Swift Current crash in the 80s.

I think this one is going to be worse. There’s a report out there that the semi driver blew through a stop sign and broadsided the bus. **** me...

I believe the bus was T-boned by the semi.

RCMP had a press conference a bit ago, but wouldn't confirm any numbers. Only confirmed multiple fatalities. Terrible day in the hockey world.

RCMP confirming fatalities. The number I'm hearing is unconfirmed, but no es bueno.

I really hope there is a moment of silence in tonight's title game. I know I'll be cruising around town, and will make a point of raising a glass to the victims. Terrible, terrible situation. :(

Seeing the number 13 thrown around. All of the sources saying this so far aren't official in any way. The picture of that bus though, ish.
